The Oakhill Community Portal is an online resource which gives parents access to view information about their children.

The Community Portal allows you to:

  • view your son’s or daughter’s timetable
  • view and check your son’s or daughter’s attendance record
  • view merit and demerit awards
  • explain absences or lateness to Oakhill
  • access and download reports
  • book Parent/Teacher interviews
  • update your son or daughter’s medical information
  • update your contact information
  • view billing statements and College fee balances

Please Note: We are transitioning to a brand new Parent Portal and as a result, some of the above features are currently not available.
